10/10 Excellent - Perfect Spot for some R&R - We loved the location of this home! It was in a quieter residential area, a short walk to 2 beach accesses that were not crowded. The home was also a short drive to nearby stores, restaurants, and attractions (Wright Brothers' Memorial, aquarium, Jockey's Ridge, lighthouses, the OG Duck Donuts, etc), so it was a perfect location at a reasonable price compared to similar-sized homes further south in the OBX. We had a large family (6 middle aged adults, 1 senior citizen, and 6 children (ages 8-15). Keep in mind, there are 2 flights of stairs from the driveway to the main living space. We spent a huge chunk of time using the bikes, swimming pool, and outdoor tiki/bar area. It's also the perfect spot for walking/jogging. This house had everything we needed - fully stocked kitchen, plenty of space to spread out, quiet screened porch with fans. Mandy was a gracious host and quick to respond to my texts and any questions I had! We couldn't have asked for a better week at the beach. Thank you! “This home was so good to us this week! Our three families have been vacationing together for over a decade and this house is by far my favorite yet. Pool, short walk to the beach, open floor plan, huge dining room table, fenced in backyard. Soe other highlights are the fun hammock chairs and kids play area. I also loved the wildlife! Turtles in the back stream, deer all around the neighborhood, sea creatures, the super cute raccoon that will steal any food left at the bar outside :). “Another amazing time here with 7 adults and 4 grandkids. This year we will remember how much we enjoyed the beach, the third day we were here & it was only a short walk away. Last year we went to Kitty Hawk beach because the beach near the house had a steep shoreline: not kid friendly. Not this year! Love all the amenities of the house. “This ocean home was so welcoming for our family reunion vacation. we rode the adult tricycle and tandem bicycle the beach, collected shells along the Atlantic, caught trout in the water, watched dolphins swim and returned to the beach house to cook family meals served on the enormous family table, swim in the warm pool with rainbow lights at night. Enjoyed the heat lamps of the outdoor bar while it drizzled outside, played guitar & sang songs in the enclosed porch with candles lit, while bullfrogs sang along in tune. This spot is magical indeed. Hope to return, but will have the wonderful memory like a beacon at the end of the pandemic and a start of our lives beginning to return to normal in 2021. “My wife, mother-in-law, along with our dachshund Otis couldn’t have had a better time” - Made contact with Mandy by text a couple of times and very prompt with answers and seemed very friendly. 5 stars on everything, especially the back yard with bar and TV. We have used VRBO a lot over the years in Key West and all up the East Coast and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed, it is really nice. “Beautiful & spacious home - The home is in a very picturesque area, surrounded by trees & sounds of the ocean in the distance. We enjoyed all the extra amenities the homeowners provided, board games, movies, beach chairs, basketball, hot tub.... just to name a few. The layout of the home provided our group of 4 adults & 4 children plenty of space to spread out. The large screened in porch was a great idea & very relaxing. “30 Circle is the most fabulous vacation stay our family has ever had the good fortune to experience. Crown jewel is the large private pool and hot tub, but everything else about this house is wonderful too.
