The House

This 2300 square foot has 5 bedrooms and 3 full and 2 half baths with an outside shower. 4 bedrooms have queens, It has a covered, screened in porch on the second level with access from the downstairs master and the queen bedroom as well as the hall. There is a front porch with seating. The top floor has a back deck with access from the dining area, the hall and the upstairs master bedroom. Flat screen smart tvs in every bedroom, with cable, amazon video, and netflix. Blue ray, DVD, VCR and Sirius Radio provide entertainment in the Great Room.

What we supply

We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, trash bags, and dishwashing soap. We also have an assortment of cleaners, brooms, vacuums, etc. for mid week clean up.

 

The Property

30 Circle is located on the oceanside of Duck Road / Hwy 12 in Southern Shores. The large fenced in backyard backs up to a freshwater canal with fish. Take a short 5 minute walk down Hickory Ave to get to the main beach access, or go left from the house to the pedestrian bridge over the canal to go to more secluded beach access.
