30 Circle Drive was built in 1995. In 2018 we purchased it and have been making improvements.

Our friends and family has been enjoying the Outer Banks for decades. We finally were able to make the commitment and bought our own beach house in 2018 and have enjoyed renovating the house to meet the needs of our friends, family and guests.
